Our first recycling unit, with a capacity of 2.4 tons per day, is optimized for small-scale operation, well-suited for handling a feedstock of Glass fiber Reinforced Plastic as well as Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic.

In standard configuration the pyrolysis reactor can be equipped with heating elements powered by electricity, propane, or LNG. 

The control system can continuously monitor critical process parameters, providing the operator with complete oversight and control over key variables such as temperature, pressure, gas flow and gas composition.

With integrated calcination, the fibers can undergo thorough cleaning, effectively removing char and residues before the chamber is discharged.

Reactor Chamber size:                                2,5m x 1,5m x 1,8m

Process Temperature:                                 450-650 °C

Process time:                                              5h (500 kg waste) / batch

In a mid-sized unit, three reactors, identical in size to the previously mentioned model, are integrated with a shared condensation system.

This configuration maximizes efficiency, particularly through optimized heat recovery.

The outcome is a threefold increase in capacity while significantly lowering both CAPEX and operational costs per kilogram of processed waste, delivering superior performance and cost-effectiveness.
