Nothing more, nothing less!

CEO Henrik Westermark explains the basis and the benefits of the Fiber Loop system.

 FIBERLOOPING®

WHAT COMES OUT IN THE END?

Image
High quality
re-usable fibers

Fiberlooping® has a focus on maintaining the fiber length, keeping material properties and cleanliness of the fibers for further post processing or reuse in new products.

Image
High energy
pyrolysis oil

Fiberlooping® ensures high quality pyrolysis oil thanks to dual fractioning.

Depending on feedstock collected oil can be further post processed to form new resins or other valuable oils fractions.

Image
NCG - Non
condesable gases

Fiberlooping cleans the remaining NCG gases from the recycling process.

The NCG can ideally be looped back into the process and used as an energy provider.

Overall generating low emissions and a low carbon footprint

STOP DIGGING DOWN, SHRED or Burn old fiberglass.

INTRODUCING

THE Fiberloop - RECYCLING PLANT

FIBERLOOP has designed and constructed the first plant that utilizes the proprietary FIBERLOOPING® system. The team together has 40+ years experience of process engineering and working with projects relating to limiting carbon foot prints and lower greenhouse gas emissions.

The first Fiberloop plant is being built and will be in production 2024. It will have numerous benefits compared to anything else available on the market today.

BUILDING BUSINESS

INDUSTRIES SUITABLE FOR FIBERLOOPING

The main resource of fiberglass waste comes from a number of industries. Fiberloop now provides operators with the tool for lucrative recycling operations, Fiberlooping® their waste instead of shredding or burning it.

Fiberlooping® can be used to recycle almost any glass fibre or carbon fibre product assuming correct feedstock preparation.

Some examples below.

Image
INDUSTRY
WASTE

Various industries manufacture products using GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastics). Examples are building and construction, aeronautics and the automotive industry. Every day a large amount of "clean" waste is produced only from the cutoffs from the actual products.

This production waste is perfect for Fiberlooping® as it is clean and cannot be used for anything else.

WIND
TURBINES

Wind turbine blades are a perfect example of a product where high mechanical strains require regular maintenance and replacement of old blades.

Because of their large form factor and internal construction these used blades are put in landfills world wide. As landfills most likely will be banned Fiberlooping® these blades is a great option. Fiberlooping® is extremely suitable for the application thanks to its scalability.

BOAT
HULLS

Today old boat hulls are either put on scrap yards, just left where they are on land or sunk at sea.

Fiberlooping® makes it possible to take care of these old boat hulls and recycle the material so that it can be reused to build new boats or in other industries.
